Colt had so much fun in Nebraska visiting all of his cousins and Grandparents. He was a great traveler. He did really well on the plane both ways. The only complaint was that he got up at 5am every morning we were there. That one hour time difference was really hard for him. He LOVED checking the cows with Grandpa Mo and Braeden. He would have jumped out of the car window if we would have let him. He also loved their dog Jessie. He said "Hi Jessie" all week and still says it at home. He even called his Papa's dog Magnum Jessie. He was really big on giving kisses to all of his cousins. He also liked Ruby, the pig, who belongs to Jaxen, Hunter, and Cody.
Colt is scheduled for surgery to open up his blocked tear duct on March 24th. It is a quick procedure that is fairly simple. We will keep you all posted.

It was so nice here yesterday we just had to get out of the house. Colt had a blast! He didn't want to go in. He loved running around in the yard. He even 'growled' at the cats! He liked the horses until they got too close, then he would shake his head no! It was so funny. He is quite the talker. Some of his new words are: horse, wow, no, hello, and all done. He talks all the time!

Colt has decided that he is now in charge of the spoon! Maybe we shouldn't have started with pudding but he was having so much fun! He runs everywhere now and is so much fun. We think that he may have a blocked tear duct in his left eye. He sees a Pediatric Opthamologist in February to be evaluated. If he does then he will have to have surgery to correct it. We will keep every posted on what we find out.

We had such a wonderful Christmas! Colt got way too many gifts and loved them all including the boxes that they came in. Our families were more than generous this year. We traveled to Fullerton, NE to be with Mike's family and enjoyed spending time with everyone.
Colt has learned how to run and is non stop now! This week he has learned how to spin around in a circle and thinks it is the best thing ever. He is really imitating sounds and I have to keep reminding Mike to watch what he says.
I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a happy New Year!

Here are a bunch of pictures. They are out of order thanks to my Little Helper this morning! Colt is walking so good now which means he is in to absolutely everything. He enjoys pushing the broom around, if only I could teach him how to sweep! He also puts everything up to his ear like a phone. Once in awhile you will even catch him saying "hi." He really enjoyed getting a Christmas tree, mainly because there was a dog running around there. He even tried to help push the cart. We are getting ready to travel to Nebraska to be with Mike's family for Christmas. Colt loves to tear up paper so he will be so excited to open presents. Merry Christmas to everyone!

Happy Birthday Colt!

Colt had a wonderful birthday. He had lots of visitors. His Papa and Grandma Pam got him a wagon that he absolutely loves. He can't wait to ride down to get the mail now. He also really like the box that it came in. He takes his toys in and plays with them. He also got LOTS of toys! He enjoyed unwrapping the presents and playing with the paper. He wasn't too thrilled with the cake. He was pretty tired by that time and really didn't want anything to do with it. We are so lucky to have such a great family to help us celebrate this special time. Colts wants to thank everyone. He had so much fun!
